New business partnership for Enerpoint and SANYO

Thanks to the deal signed by the two companies, Enerpoint now becomes the official distributor of Sanyo high efficiency photovoltaic modules

A deal has been signed by Enerpoint, leading Italian photovoltaic company, and SANYO, a brand which is synonymous with quality in the production of top of the range photovoltaic modules.

This business partnership anticipates distribution on the part of Enerpoint of the entire range of SANYO products. The photovoltaic modules produced by the Japanese multinational have been produced using innovative HIT technology (Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin layer) based on thin wafers of monocrystalline silicon on which a film of ultra-thin amorphous silicon is deposited. This technology allows the cells that are produced to achieve the highest levels of energy efficiency to be found anywhere on the market, even when exposed to high temperatures.

The work of their Research and Development team has enabled SANYO to produce some of the highest performing crystalline modules on the market, able to produce a greater quantity of clean energy than conventional crystalline silicon solar cells.
